  2月26日，李平在为顾客修补电瓶车。来自昆明西山区乡村的李平1998年结业于成都某中专学校，结业后在成都当厨师。当他见到第一批电瓶车上市，就想到修补电瓶车一定有商场。他拿出积累的6000元钱，专程到广州一个电动自行车厂学习修补技能。2004年2月，李平在成都市倪家桥下开了一家修车店。现在，每天都有几十辆电动自行车前来修补，李平对他的小店充满信心。 新华社记者 海明威 摄
